Head of User Research - London - to GBP 70k

An opportunity has arisen for a senior UX researcher to join a rapidly growing London based agency. An exciting client that assist a variety of clients that include retail, financial, travel, transport and charity sector to design/ create/ develop products and services across various different platforms.
Looking for a candidate who would buy into the company ethos- looking for someone who is able to tell it how it is, work smartly and independently, yet be collaborative and respectful in your approach. Successful candidate will be bright, confident and be able to adapt to the varying needs of clients. The research team is the largest team at the business at present, and looks set to continue to grow.
The Head of Research will support and offer guidance to the team that is in place. You will be working closely with senior management. Ideally successful candidate will come from a UX consultancy or in house UX team background.
