Lead User/Customer Experience Consultant - Sydney (visa incl.)

User Experience is going down under - or rather has already, at quite a fast pace. My client is looking to expand its user and customer experience consulting team with the hire of a manager level consultant.
With line management responsibilities, this role marries UX leadership with strategy and creative thinking. You will work closely with the Experience Design divisional manager, will be heavily client facing, and expected to deliver at the highest level.
My client's employees are top drawer where consulting is concerned, and applicants are expected to be of equal calibre. Having said that, the atmosphere is relaxed and employees are treated as independent adults - something not found in every organisation.
Visa assistance for the successful applicant is on offer, as well as a generous bonus scheme which is performance based.
