Associate User Experience Director - £55-70k - Central London

Our client is one of the biggest names in the digital agency space, they represent some of biggest brands both locally and globally too. Their user experience department is one of the most respected within the NMA top 100 agencies attracting some of the brightest minds within the business.
With the growing demand for user experience to be integrated into their projects they are now looking for an associate user experience director to join their team.
The role reports directly into the user experience director and you’ll be tasked with running one or two of their major accounts.
The main responsibilities of the position will be:
Educating clients ensuring that they understand the value of user experience
Managing the UCD process for your clients and ensuring the quality of IA deliverables
Management of experience architects ensuring that briefs are met and career development paths are followed
Knowledge of the internal functions and processes of an agency
Know how to integrate user experience within multidiscipline projects
Able to deliver projects ensuring that the finest of details are considered along with being able to consider the bigger picture too
Generate new ideas and consideration of the latest user experience techniques
What you should have to fit into this world-class team:
Excellent client facing skills with a natural ability to communicate complex solutions in clear English
Able to keep a clear mind in pressured situations
A ability to find solutions to complex problems
To have worked within a variety of user experience backgrounds
Committed and not afraid of working hard
