User Experience Manager – Social Media Agency

This is a brand new opportunity to drive user experience and information architecture for a leading global, full-service social media agency.
Our client specialises in social strategy, advertising and analytics. They combine creative thinking and highly developed technological capabilities to plan and deliver social advertising solutions (Facebook, Twitter and other emerging channels) for brands in mobile telecoms, finance, FMCG, technology, gaming and retail. They have a team of over 70 in London – which has grown 100% year-on-year since their emergence nearly ten years ago, and this growth is set to continue!
This role requires someone who can help formulate initial creative ideas, and implement a structured, user-centred approach to delivery. In terms of deliverables, dependant on the project, you will produce conceptual diagrams, user-flows, wireframes and prototypes. This will be the sole user experience position within the business, and therefore requires something with experience of planning and leading projects. Experience of Facebook application development is preferred, but not essential.
