Zone and Public Zone are looking for a senior UX practitioner with team leadership skills to join our award winning agency. The Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the quality of user experience design across multiple projects, as well as leading by example on your own projects.

You’ll be working across the range of Zone (commercial sector) and Public Zone (not-for-profit sector) clients. This includes: BT, The National Trust, Coca-Cola, Channel 4, The Prostate Cancer Charity, The Economist and RNIB

The role

• Lead and inspire UX Designers to ensure that the work they produce is of the highest standard

• Produce own high quality work from brief through to detailed Information architecture, including: Current state and competitor analysis, Personas, User scenarios, Wireframes, Concept sketches, Site maps

• Plan and run user research using a range of techniques

• Champion a user centred design approach to clients and the wider agency

• Consistently challenge the UX Design work produced to ensure that all options have been explored and the best solution has been found

* Maintain up to date knowledge of industry developments and trends in digital platforms and UX
