Full-time Junior UX Designer / UX Researcher

ClearPeople are a new hybrid breed of business offering digital agency creativity combined with technical consulting services expertise.

You will play a role in our expanding team, working with our UI designers, UX consultants, technical consultants and developers to design award winning solutions for our clients including Korn Ferry, Laing O’Rourke, Alzheimer’s Society and Cystic Fibrosis Trust, to name a few.

We’re looking for someone with a strong interest in technology as well as a passion for user experience to join our growing team. This role is an exciting role that requires a mix of skills to help shape and implement our Success Services programme.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop client relationships
- Facilitating workshops, incl. discovery session and measuring client success session
- Digitise output from internal and client workshops including user profiles, user journey maps, wireframes, and user flows
- Make sense of complex information structures to assist in turning them into easy to understand architecture
- Planning and implementing Success Services roadmap
- Creating client Success Plans
- Directing and guiding outcomes
- Continuous improvements
- Playback and reporting, incl. analytics
- Brainstorm creative solutions with the team following user research
- Analyse user behavioural data to identify trends and patterns
- Write up and present your findings to internal and client teams
- Evangelising internally and working with technical consultants to upskill on the Office 365 roadmap and capabilities
- Creating and designing new ideas for our Success Services team

- Preferably working knowledge of Office 365 and Microsoft technologies
- Experience in communicating problems, solutions, or ideas to others
- Experience running workshops or facilitating meetings
- Experience writing and presenting your work

Education, training and qualifications
- A degree in a digital or technology related discipline or equivalent experience
- Ideally you will have completed a UX course
