Full-time CX Designer

We are looking for a creative and open minded Customer Experience Designer with an excellent understanding of the digital space. You will be working for a digital and creative London agency but working direct with their client on-site, joining their customer experience team based in Hampshire, so you must be accessible to this location.

You will be working towards creating a better future for their customers across all touchpoints, leading the design, delivery and governance of a new global customer experience framework and roadmap. Transforming their customer experience through research and innovation, therefore extensive experience in planning is required.

You will be working closely with the client, gaining a true understanding of their business needs to enable you to get under the skin of their customers, delivering a bespoke and focused solution.

You should be a strategic thinker with an an outstanding understanding of Customer Experience. Must be able to demonstrate proven experience of building a team to deliver quality work to strict deadlines.


Essential Requirements and Responsibilities:

• Highly strategic thinker, responsible for designing the end-to-end customer journey and experience, including developing persona profiles, experience maps, user stories, wireframes etc
• Highly articulate, can absorb complex information and break this down into clear summaries and/or recommendations for the client
• Lead and participate in CX Research using a number of research and analysis methods, to validate or captures customer needs
• Translate complex technical and business requirements into research
• Strong understanding of journey mapping, create wireframes, flows, functional specs and prototypes quickly and accurately
• Ability to work on multiple projects at once
• Experience using Invision and Sketch
• Excellent stakeholder management
• Assist with the creation and maintenance of an reusable asset library (templates, patterns and components)
• Coach global deployment leads and strategists to ensure understanding and accurate communication of Experience Planning
• Integrate and coordinate implementations with other team members to ensure a holistic user experience
• Assist and lead planning, coordination and conducting evaluative usability testing throughout the design process
• Ensure deliverables are completed on time and to a high standard
• Work with the client and internal teams to identify and map the end user experience both on and offline, prioritising design decisions that will directly impact the customer
• Run workshops to take information from multiple sources and present the findings to the client
